Building a Content Funnel

~180K monthly views and ~50% open rates, with no paid spend

My own brand, The Neuro Coven · Pinterest · Canva · Notion · Google Analytics · Kit · Mailchimp · WordPress

Overview

The number is not the interesting part. What is worth showing is which changes moved it, and the reasoning behind choosing those changes rather than copying whatever was working for somebody else.

This is also the only case file where every part of the thing is mine. The channel, the emails, the design, the writing, the site, the shop, the products. So the gallery runs wider than the funnel does.

My Role
  • Built the funnel end to end — channel, lead magnet, email sequence
  • Tested what converted at each step and removed what did not
  • Applied consumer-behaviour reasoning to the changes rather than running tactics found elsewhere
  • Grew it to ~180K monthly Pinterest views, 300+ email subscribers and ~50% open rates with no paid spend
And the rest of it
  • Designed the brand's visual output — Pinterest pins, social graphics, channel art — and edited the video
  • Wrote and produced the blog, from brief to published post
  • Built and maintained the website in WordPress, and the shop that runs on it
  • Made the digital products and lead magnets the funnel gives away and sells

screenshot · A pin. Pinterest is the top of this funnel at roughly 180K monthly views, so the design is doing acquisition work rather than decoration.

My own brand, built and run solo. Everything below is the live work, captured as it is.
