Overview
People joined and left the account continuously. Access, equipment, tooling and handover were arranged from scratch each time, which meant joiners waited to start and leavers kept access longer than they should have.
My Role
- Ran onboarding and offboarding for team members across the account
- Managed the admin operations that sat between roles and belonged to nobody
- Built the checklists and the access register the process ran on
- Handled handover so work continued when someone left
